Farah is a seasoned Chief Operating Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer with a proven track record of scaling up social-impact businesses while meeting triple bottom line targets. Over the course of 15 years, Farah has led the development of global operational footprints, making them highly scalable and responsible. She has played a pivotal role in a range of strategic, operational, and sustainability initiatives, including driving international growth and achieving B-Corp accreditation for multiple businesses. Farah holds a Master's degree in International Business from Toulouse Business School and has completed a program at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership
